Easy to use, even for the technologically challenged

What do you like best? This may sound odd, but it's obvious how to use it. There's no "insider" or "cute" language to describe the various sections. What do you like best? Basecamp is a great tool for agencies or larger organizations that may require several teams to collaborate or be aware of projects. The interface is straightforward, easy to use & organization of projects/discussions is very simple to follow. Not too User Friendly for Beginners

What do you like best? Base Camp offered a ton of features for trial. It was easy to share with colleagues and to have files ready to access. Probably the best feature was that once things were deleted you could still get them, which makes mistakes redeemable. What do you dislike? The different areas were not easy to navigate.
