Centralized Location For Our To-Do Lists and Follow Ups
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Our conversations are stored in one location. Though we still use emails, wikis, agendas, and Google Docs, Basecamp still has the best features, namely notification of follow ups and reminders. Functional and easy to use.
What do you like best? We use Basecamp for ongoing client projects and onboard for new clients. I think it’s very user friendly and good for task based projects. Project templates are way to use. What do you dislike? I don’t find the collaboration tools very effective. And it’s too laborious to add whole teams to all projects for visibility. We use each project as a client portal so it would be nice to be able to create to do list templates in addition to projects. We also need more ...
