Good for small projects with many tasks but not many complex phases

What do you like best? I like that it's simple and straightforward. It lets you plan, see accomplished tasks and even have a calendar view so you see what's coming ahead. It's a good tool for a department where you can have many small projects. You can share files and collaborate, communicate and it even offers a desktop app that's always live. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to keep everyone on the same page and view progress at a granular level. Also the sorting of teams is very easy, not every team needs to see what is happening across other projects. Just a one stop shop for everything. What do you dislike? Notifications. Basecamp has been a lifesaver!!!

What do you like best? Before Basecamp, my team and I did everything by e-mail. There was no way to tag anyone, and no way to tell if everyone had seen the e-mail. Responses were lost in the chain replies and much time and calm was lost. It's a central, organized spot for everyone to access, contribute, and acknowledge our projects. Couldn't be happier! What do you like best? Very intuitive and easy to use and minimal user training. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It was easy to keep track of everything and what needed to be done in different categories What do you dislike? solid for collaborations that aren't too overwhelmingly complex
