Great project management tool

What do you like best? Basecamp has a sleek and simple interface unlike a lot of PM tools. It's intuitive so your team is more likely to use it. The threaded conversations make things easy to find and you can keep all your documents in one place within a project. What do you dislike? It doesn't have especially deep project management techniques like intricate project plans, GANTT charts, dependencies and lead/lag. It's more focused on team collaboration and storage.
