Basecamp is awesome!
What do you like best? It's simplicity and the fact that they actually listen to feedback and make changes based on responses. What do you dislike? I do wish that there was a better "client side"; something in between Basecamp 2 and Basecamp 3. The current email portal is not enough information for many of our clients. They want something they can log into and see. I do like that we have the ability to keep notes on our side that the client's can't see. But I wish there was a portal ...

Basecamp keeps everyone on task for your timeline
What do you like best? Basecamp not only keeps everyone on the same page - it also gives everyone the same timelines at these inevitably change. It's a one stop shop for task and project management that everyone on your team can access remotely. It's incredibly helpful! What do you dislike? The notifications can become overwhelming and redundant if you are not careful in the way you set them up. Getting an email or a mobile pop up every time someone makes a comment is excessive, but it ...

One of the best Project Management Programs...
What do you like best? Basecamp is fairly intuitive and easy to learn. The design and layout of the program makes it easy to view projects and tasks. Additionally, the new feature for creating "groups" has made it even easier to sort to-do list. What do you dislike? The navigation can be tricky to get through at times. Currently, if you're viewing "My Assignments" and you click and assignment detail there is no easy way to get back to your full assignment list without navigating all ...

Excellent task and discussion tracking
What do you like best? This is a simple, very useful tool for team interaction. We utilize to-do lists for easy task management with due dates and responsible parties. Discussions are also useful for tracking all notes, easy to read and refer back to all in one place. What do you dislike? This tool doesn't provide the ability to easily replace a document or image with a new one. Manual deletion of the old file and uploading of the new file is required. When working with documents that ...

Great platform, very useful for small companies
What do you like best? The completeness of the tool, that works great for different organization sizes and purposes, giving a wide variety of options to work with. My favorite feature is the "Been inspired by anything lately?" tool, which allows members to share new findings and hidden treasures to the whole team, once a week. What do you dislike? The platform is a bit heavy, so it doesn't work well on slow connections. It also is a bit pricey, but it truly pays off when the whole ...
