Great for archiving emails and tracking hours

What do you like best? The ability to copy a basecamp email address and the email is archived under the relevant project in basecamp. This has proven very helpful when multiple team members need to be aware of what transpired on a project in the past, but may not have been a part of the conversation originally. What do you dislike? I wish the hours tracking had the ability to be more granular, i.e. hourly rate per person if it varies. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Our Best Client Communication Tool

What do you like best? The ability to keep on going communication and documentation in an organized and accessible format. What do you dislike? I dislike the campfire conversation component.
