Basecamp. To keep your employees in the know
What do you like best? I like that there are options to keep everyone across the company in one platform to work and collaborate What do you dislike? depending on how you setup the site, it can have so many options that you get lost in all of the pages. Recommendations to others considering the product Keep all of the pages to a minimum or you can get lost What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? keeping all of our workers across ...

Nice, but not a game breaker
What do you like best? It has several decent ways to update across platform What do you dislike? It always leaves you thinking you can do better. It just feels basic and ordinary in its features and functionality. Recommendations to others considering the product If you’re a marketer, there are much better collaboration tools like Asana. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is the project mgmt tool we used working ...

Getting Organized with Basecamp
What do you like best? Basecamp is an incredible project management software. It's extremely user friendly and it's perfect for assigning multiple people to one project. With Basecamp you can establish who owns which role. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are so many different places to make comments on a specific project. My team has run into the issue where people are putting in their comments in totally different places and then information is not properly communicated. ...

Facilitates the realization.
What do you like best? It's fantastic how Basecamp facilitates the realization of projects and makes them look much more accessible and simple, with a design that you can customize and edit when you want. What do you dislike? I do not like the way in which the staff of the team is added in Basecamp, you must add person by person with each one of your data, and this makes you lose a lot of time, I would like a faster and simpler way. Recommendations to others considering the product ...

Good platform product
What do you like best? I appreciate the drag and drop features. There is a bit I would change though. What do you dislike? Cannot easily find uploaded files. Basecamp 2 was much easier to use as far as locating files—with the update to 3, it is very difficult to find past files for comparison. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a communication hub for project management. The benefit is the pool of information accessible.

Great software for project management
What do you like best? I like the UI and the possibility of team management inside the app. What do you dislike? Really nothing. I used Basecamp because the company want it for his development team. Recommendations to others considering the product Basecamp has an advantage to another software. Billing is per team and not per user, so your team can increase in the future, but not your bill. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Good but not great
What do you like best? I used basecamp a few years ago and for reasons that we'll cover later, I decided to switch away from it. If you're just starting up Basecamp immediately makes you more organized. The way you can create and organize projects is quick and easy. The best part though is the ability to keep your team accountable by assigning tasks and monitoring progress. What do you dislike? For me, the cost is one of the biggest downsides. I know, I know, $100-$150 per month ...
