What do you like best? BambooHR is really easy to navigate and I like how we are able to capture notes on employees which helps annual performance goals simple to monitor. The peer feedback feature is also easy to use and simple to acquire feedback from others. What do you dislike? The org. chart feature is cumbersome to use. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We're capable of referencing all HR related docs and peek into announcements from managers and busness owners. Fantastic HR Platform for our Growing Business

What do you like best? I love all the modern features and improvements they've made on traditional HR. Our company is almost completely paperless so having esignature, onboarding, reviews, etc. all in BambooHR is amazing! What do you dislike? We really don't have any big complaints. What do you like best? This review is strictly for Bamboo payroll. Bamboo HR is pretty good overall. What do you dislike? Bamboo Payroll is not synced with Bamboo HR. Not only this, but also the specialists in Bamboo HR and Bamboo Payroll do not have any crossed knowledge for each platform.
