You're give the option to customize any tracked fields of your own. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Some of the data can be difficult to export. What do you like best? As a user, I like the clean interface, and I like the automation of request employee benefits, such as leave days. Manage your day offs easier than never

What do you like best? It's allows me to check my day offs count with one click, there is no need to keep the available days count in another place or write a note. Excellent for non mobile users.

What do you like best? It helps greatly with performance reviews as well as goal setting across multiple sites. I like the fact you can blindly select people to review there peers. The functionality and concept of the software works great in a company like this but you need to work on getting the mobile app to reflect and have the same functionality on android iPhone and all OS's.. What do you like best? Bamboo was the first system we had that stored all our HR type data in one spot. I really like being able to see historical data on my salary.
