What do you like best? My company currently uses BambooHR to manage all our HR needs. I really like the system because everything is consolidated. It gives us access to our vacation and sick time, our yearly role goals, our progression within our career and a directory for all employees. Great web app for start-ups.

What do you like best? I love that Bamboo is inexpensive. It has and HR and an ATS component. The job syndication is great. Their customer service is great too. What do you like best? I really like that BambooHR tracks information for us. It hold all the employee files, makes them easy to retrieve, keeps everything organized. I can also send documents and have employees sign them electronically and then they are automatically saved in their file. BambooHR also does monthly videos with product updates which I love.
