Simplicity with Bamboo
What do you like best? Bamboo is really simple to use. It has a pleasant website design and I really like that it has a an easy way track and request flex, PTO, and sick days. What do you dislike? Hardly anything but the only major thing that it lacked was being able to have the option of having multiple calendars for meetings, travel, specific schedules and vacation. Good Info
What do you like best? Lots of things to love with this software. It comes with employee data out-of-the-box. Reporting is nice. Comes with flexible Time Off Policies. The Access Levels adds a nice a twist to the typical User and Group management. Benefits management is fantastic. Great onboarding processes. What do you dislike? I find their Time Off Policies to be flexible. Thing is, it involves a bit of learning curve. There's not enough to learn during the implementation process. ...

Great value for mid-sized companies
What do you like best? I liked that the product was local to where I live and that the platform is continually evolving to meet business needs What do you dislike? Absolutely hated how the call in customer support worked. Every time you call in and get someone different. And at times you knew about about the bamboo product than the emplyeees did. Attract applicants in a more personalized way.
What do you like best? Friendly user interface and easy to use. Many functions available for small businesses. I really like the established firm for employees to sign documents and send announcements. Great customer service too. BambooHR makes connecting with coworkers and my bosses a breeze
What do you like best? I like the fact that if I don’t know an employees’ name I can look them up by their photo. Plus, if I need their contact info ASAP I don’t have to ask... it’s available right there on my phone. What do you dislike? Nothing, it serves its’ purpose well. If I could add anything maybe when using the option to take a half day, it could allow you to choose which half so you don’t have to specify in the note.
