What do you like best? As an employee, the most interesting part of Bamboo is that it hosts data that answers almost every question that I would ask Human Resources personnel. How many paid time off days have I accrued? When does the next pay period start? What are my specific job functions again? Bamboo segments all of these important data points into sections. There are a couple of things I like with BambooHR: 1 You do not have to install it as it runs purely on the web. 2 You can manage your leaves as you can see on the opening screen the available balance that you have. 3 As a people manager, I can see which direct reports have filed leaves on what day. Great for tracking and Basic HRIS

What do you like best? Great for a starter kit for those who can afford the setup price. Provide training and try to use all of the functions from recruiting, to review, 1-1 and onboarding etc. What do you dislike? No Payroll processing which can be lacking when you are trying to have your HRIS get all functions in at once. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good for HRIS but not ideal when considering payroll and overall cost.
