What do you like best? As an end-user it's easy to see how much sick/vacation/flex time you have remaining. No more running to HR and asking about how much vacation time you have left. What do you like best? The software is very user-friendly, looks great and engages employees. We have numerous offices, some in other states and it is nice to have the directory with faces tied to the names. I also like that each employee personalizes their own information allowing supervisors to get to know them better and throw out special surprises like giftcards, lunch, etc. and know the staffs preferences. What do you like best? I like that it is fairly easy to use. I can access the info I need pretty quickly using the search bar. And that you can set the notifications for certain dates and that it reminds you of the tasks you need to complete. What do you dislike?
