Great UX!

What do you like best? Bamboo HR is so easy to use and is a really great overall user experience. It’s simple a and pretty to look at and works really well! Great product. What do you dislike? It’s hard to hide personal info if you are giving someone a training on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Company links can all be in one place there, as well as important announcements and all the things I need as an employee.

I like this software because of it is Mobile optimized which makes it easy to look up information when am away from the office.its also secure such that it doesn't allow non management people to see any personal details .This tool covers every aspect of employee administration and HR management. Helpful for Keeping Track of Everything

What do you like best? BambooHR has been helpful as it keeps track of all of our ministries training to-do's, an aspect that isn't often a regular part of the job. What do you dislike? There hasn't been a ton of need to use it often in our line of work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use, track employees well. Can export data in custom formats

What do you like best? This is an easy to use tool, can export data in custom formats making it robust What do you dislike? Nothing significant but could make it UK friendly and the way in which leave is calculated could be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to track time off, days remaining of hols, one-stop data store of all employees.

Great for small companies

What do you like best? Bamboo is great for sending offer letters and managing the employee database. User friendly. What do you dislike? A lot of manual work on the backend. Not great for a company hiring a ton of people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for software for HR purposes

What do you like best? Bamboo is great for The staff there are responsive and have built out features for our organization which has allowed us to capture all the relevant information for our staff. It has allowed much greater automation and the report creation tools are robust. What do you dislike? Since they do not have Canadian payroll (yet) BambooHR is still not the complete HR package for us, however we have been told that it is in the works. The costs tend to add up as ...

What do you like best? Bamboo has a very good user experience. The ease of use for employees is probably the best feature and it is organized in such a way that it is easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The report writing capabilities are limited and clunky. What do you like best? I like using bamboohr because it is very easy to use and very convenient to use. I like the feature to book vacations in my office. What do you dislike? I like everything about this app. The only thing, i do not like about this app is, it does not show the salary of other employees. It should not be hidden.
