What do you like best? We use BambooHR for ATS, Time tracking, performance management, onboarding, etc. What do you dislike? Its an ATS made for smaller to mid size companies and are relatively young. This means Bamboo doesn't always have features that larger, more established HRIS have. Great for tracking and Basic HRIS

What do you like best? Great for a starter kit for those who can afford the setup price. Provide training and try to use all of the functions from recruiting, to review, 1-1 and onboarding etc. What do you dislike? No Payroll processing which can be lacking when you are trying to have your HRIS get all functions in at once. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good for HRIS but not ideal when considering payroll and overall cost.
