What do you like best? Bamboo HR is clear and easy to use. It also has a mobile application to handle all the requests from all of the places. What do you dislike? The most dissatisfying thing is the lack of profile viewing. You simply can't check anything about one of the people from the company. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like that it is so easy to send out job notifications and relay company information. It is easy to have one simple portal that does it all - it distributes the job information to various platforms and provides one spot for employees to find benefits information, time off requests, employee directory, and other company documents. What do you like best? Very easy to use for both managers and employees. Integrates with many other tools. What do you dislike? Missing some out of the box reports.
