What do you like best? Bamboo HR simplifies and streamlines the process of requesting time off. What do you dislike? The UI is a bit cumbersome to navigate, but mostly OK. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking time off, benefits usage, personnel files, etc.

Easy to use and clear

What do you like best? I can book holiday days so easily and also check when my colleagues are out on holiday as well. I love the feature of telling me how much holiday days I've accrued. Don't see why anyone would use another website to manage workforce. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its function of scheduling interviews makes it much easier to organize each job interview in a didactic way. What do you like best? As an employee, the most interesting part of Bamboo is that it hosts data that answers almost every question that I would ask Human Resources personnel. How many paid time off days have I accrued? When does the next pay period start? What are my specific job functions again? Bamboo segments all of these important data points into sections. What do you like best? There are a couple of things I like with BambooHR: 1 You do not have to install it as it runs purely on the web. 2 You can manage your leaves as you can see on the opening screen the available balance that you have. 3 As a people manager, I can see which direct reports have filed leaves on what day.
