Limited system

What do you like best? It is a lot faster than Sharepoint. It helps to store documents and files for employees. What do you dislike? The system is very restrictive in it's capabilities and customization features. For example, you can't set a default time zone for your area in the system and have the system remember it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding employees and storing employee data.

What do you like best? I like staying connected with coworkers by keeping track of birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires. It's a good reference for any employee info. What do you dislike? I don't use this site for anything else so I'm not sure what the point of it is. Everything else HR related I use Paycom for. Utilize BambooHR to manage your attendance

What do you like best? I love BambooHR, It's interface is well thought of and designed. At first glance you can immediately see your remaining leave balances as well as your booked but unused leave days. There is also a calendar feature which allows you to select the whole company or just members of your team. You'll never have the problem of booking a leave when many people are out. Its Simple, and I love it!

What do you like best? Bamboo makes all aspects of digital HR simple and easy to use. From announcing to the company that there is a new higher, to submitting time off, and storing important documents that you've signed. What do you dislike? At times it can be difficult to find documents that you've signed. I've found myself clicking through many screens on more than one occasion to find the signed PDF of our company's handbook. What do you like best? Easy way to see who is working and who is off that day. Nice to see work anniversaries. Good way to track promotions and pay raises. Simple to use and easy UI.
