Great two-way tracking mechanism for employee reviews

What do you like best? I appreciate the quarterly reminders for employee reviews and the ability to get feedback from both the employee and their peers. The process allows me to select others to review another peer anonymously to offer both praise and improvement opportunities. The PTO ability is great as well, select a date and you can see how much PTO you or direct report will have on that date. Great product but challenging to integrate with other softwares

What do you like best? We were able to upload our entire staff very quickly and get the entire company onboarded in a matter of days. What do you dislike? Integration with third party tools became challenging and ultimately abandoned. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a centralized location for personal events, corporate hierarchy, and vacation time.

BambooHR streamlined our reporting processes and increased our efficiency/effectiveness.

What do you like best? It allows me to organize the information to my specific requirements of reporting. My state reporting is very particular on what they are looking for, so it was critical for me to track and label specific requirements. Simple Human Capital Management Tool for Start Ups

What do you like best? BambooHR is an amazingly simple and clean HCM tool to support employees. It offers a wealth of employee information, manages the on-boarding process simply, and makes the off-boarding process very easy. The user interface is friendly and simple to pick up. Bamboo is a pretty solid solution

What do you like best? Bamboo integrates nicely with Greenhouse and other Applicant Tracking Systems to remove a lot of secondary data entry. What do you dislike? It doesn't have a capable Applicant Tracking portion of the software. If it did, it would be a better overall solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Bamboo is a really solid HR system and it allowed for much better organization than previous systems.

Great product, Great UI

What do you like best? BambooHR has been a great tool to use for HR-related things. Whether it is logging a sick day, PTO time or seeing whose birthday it is, the software has been great. It has a great UI and makes it very easy to navigate. I would recommend this to all. Bamboo is a great solution for small/medium sized companies

What do you like best? Easy to implement and flexible - great support. You can add custom fields, tables, reports and user-levels with just a email to support. Their support response time is typically within 1-2 hours. Also, they have great help resources and monthly product improvement videos. What do you dislike? Bamboo HR is great!

What do you like best? I love how user friendly Bamboo HR is. It is such an easy software to interact with. I was even able to use it on mobile.
