Great for keeping track of time off

What do you like best? It's really easy to request time off and categorize it (sick/medical, working remotely, DTO, etc) What do you dislike? No real downsides to using this software, it does its job, and my requested time off is always processed very efficiently What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If I'm not feeling well and need to stay home from work, I can just go online and log my absence in literally 10 seconds

What do you like best? Super efficient way to organize your employee data, store company files and policies, and very easy to use reporting features What do you dislike? No major downsides. Good HR tool for training and checking employee information

What do you like best? Bamboo is like a HR directory for us where in we can check employees and their data . It is also used for completion of new hire trainings. What do you dislike? No negatives on using this application yet What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier to find employees and their designation and hierarchy of the company. Finish any mandatory training assigned by the company

What do you like best? I like bamboo because we are able to easily request time off to our managers. It is an easy transparent place for our managers to check our vacation time off. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I dislike about Bamboo at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to easily request time off to our managers and it keeps employees time off transparent to the managers.

Wonderful Tool for Small Business HR

What do you like best? Ease of use and functionality. Easy to use on mobile device. What do you dislike? Nothing that we dislike. It is very easy to use even for those who aren't as tech savvy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep much better track of everyone's time off days and accrued vacation time.

Nice HR Portal & ATS

What do you like best? This is our first HRIS, so it's hard to compare to anything, but it provides employees with a nice portal to look up org structure, individual HR/beneftis information, etc. and it functions as our ATS, consolidating resumes from many sources into 1 location and providing history on candidates. What do you like best? First of all I can point out that BambooHR offers me a very simple solution in the management of documents, publications of works and administration of existing publications.
