Good for managing employees and benefits

What do you like best? I like that you are able to send in your PTO request and know your balance for holidays/PTO/ etc. What do you dislike? A great way to monitor and keep track of all HR initiatives

What do you like best? I love the personal insight I'm able to get within BambooHR like staff anniversaries, birthdays and vacations. I love being able to connect our hiring initiatives to Bamboo - we can collect all applicants directly in the platform, and rate applicants to help with qualification. What do you dislike? The BambooHR team is accessible every step of the way

What do you like best? I managed a team of 30 employees and researched multiple HR options. I ultimately chose BambooHR because it had a cleanly-designed, logical interface. The sign-up/on-boarding process seemed intuitive. That proved to be the case once I purchased the software. But where they really shined was after the initial sale. Limited system

What do you like best? It is a lot faster than Sharepoint. It helps to store documents and files for employees. What do you dislike? The system is very restrictive in it's capabilities and customization features. For example, you can't set a default time zone for your area in the system and have the system remember it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding employees and storing employee data.

What do you like best? I like staying connected with coworkers by keeping track of birthdays, anniversaries, and new hires. It's a good reference for any employee info. What do you dislike? I don't use this site for anything else so I'm not sure what the point of it is. Everything else HR related I use Paycom for.
