Excellent HR Tool!

What do you like best? I like the layout, the aesthetics, and the fact that you can put a picture beside the employee's name! Since most of our employee's are in the field and we don't see them for weeks at a time, this feature is very helpful. I also appreciate the reporting feature. Using Bamboo has been excellent for our company.

What do you like best? This is an easy way to submit time off requests and to see when others are off. It is always EXTREMELY helpful in its ability to keep you up to date on anniversaries of work and birthdays. I have found that people in general like to recognized and special days like these but sometimes the date is not always public. What do you dislike? Clean and Intuitive Interface and a lot of good integration options

What do you like best? The ability to integrate other systems such as payroll, Microsoft office and other planning tools with Bamboo makes it very easy to pull any necessary personal information, especially planned PTO to other systems for informational or planning purposes. Easy to use, and keeps us organized!

What do you like best? It is easy to run reports and collect questions for our onboarding employees, so we have some fun information about them to share with the company! It also has the ability to set reminders for onboarding employees, so we make sure to send out emails and invites at the appropriate time. What do you like best? This tool is intuitive and easy to use from the administrative side, too! All the contacts, from sales to implementation and support have been top-notch. I couldn't ask for anything more. What do you dislike? The implementation schedule is tight, and ideally, it would be great to have a longer period to build beach module. Great HR and Hiring Software

What do you like best? Using this tool as a hiring management software is great. I also like how simple it appears. What do you dislike? The email communication piece is a little confusing at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring employees for new positions. Also use it to communicate with employees.

HR tool that excels in time off requests of all types, but struggles with UI clarity in some areas.

What do you like best? I love the ease of taking time off with this tool. Our company has a handful of different types of PTO and Bamboo HR makes it super easy to request it off and view other's time off statuses as well. What do you dislike? Their UI makes some vital tabs feel buried. I've used this tool for almost 3 years and I still struggle to find some tax information. It is super easy to use for our employees, all employee data is in one place, performance reviews are simple and not overwhelming for employees and managers, it is a great tool for onboarding new hires and as a reference for company information all the time.
