What do you like best? BambooHR is easy to use and visually appealing. Login to the home page and see the latest announcements, birthdays and celebrations, who's out, and company links (ex. employee handbook). Easy to request time off using the link at the top of the page. Easy to post announcements including our monthly newsletter. Great solution for a nonprofit with almost 20 employees

What do you like best? I love the fact BambooHR is an affordable HR solution for only having 18 staff. It has simplified so much for this HR department of one, I probably can't list them all. Keeping employee files and new hires are so much simpler. What do you like best? The system is fresh in appearance and easy to use. It is fairly intuitive which is great for employees, managers, and admin alike. What do you dislike? The time clock system leaves a lot to be desired. It is not easy to add a clock-in for an employee if they miss it. There is no weekly total, they lump the whole pay period together. What do you like best? Super user friendly! They've thought of virtually everything and if they haven't, they'll always accept feedback/suggestions. What do you like best? I respect the periodic updates for performance appraisal and the willingness from both the staff member and his colleagues to receive feedback. The method enables me to select everybody to anonymously review another peer to offer both encouragement and areas to improve.
