PROS: Setting up my personal information was simple. I do like the approval-based functionality that restrict users (including myself) from saving personal information updates without admin approval. PROS: I really appreciate the intuitive nature of the interface, the ease of set up and use and the customer support given by the BambooHR team. They were able to add functionality I needed for tracking the training of our employees and really helped with a change in vacation accrual and PTO making the transition to a new policy very easy for me. "Everything you need in one place"

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that as soon as I log in I can see the 2 most important things I need- time off, and direct deposit. I don't need to hunt around to search for benefits either. There is a dashboard view when you log in suggesting the top most used features or reasons for visiting the website which make it easy to navigate.

I love to Bamboo!

What do you like best? All of our HR information is in one place!! I no longer have to scan and file each and every document. This has been so amazing since Covid has forced our staff to work remote for the most part. What do you dislike? As a Native American Tribal Office, Bamboo is not able to handle our payroll :( There are over 400 recognized tribes in CA alone. I think they need to consider doing tribal payroll! Excellent Software - so user friendly!

What do you like best? We have been using Bamboohr since 2017, and everyone (managers and employees) loves it. Basically, nearly everything I need to do on an HR basis is there. We have grown from around 20 employees to 54 during this time, and the On-boarding is great! I can't speak highly enough about it! What do you dislike?
