What do you like best? BambooHR has been a great tool to use for HR-related things. Whether it is logging a sick day, PTO time or seeing whose birthday it is, the software has been great. Bamboo is a great solution for small/medium sized companies

What do you like best? Easy to implement and flexible - great support. You can add custom fields, tables, reports and user-levels with just a email to support. Their support response time is typically within 1-2 hours. Also, they have great help resources and monthly product improvement videos. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how user friendly Bamboo HR is. It is such an easy software to interact with. I was even able to use it on mobile. What do you like best? The interface is great for users! It's very easy to use.The recruiting process is so much easier now with Bamboo. I love that I am able to see who isn't in for the day, when people were hired, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Adding an employee is simple, employees can submit their sick days, vacation etc in a very simple and easy manner, after which us as admins can check and approve it all. In addition, all the details of the employee can be ported directly into the system, which in our case, we would not need any physical file for the employee which makes the whole process more paperless. Great visibility & ease of use for the regular employee

What do you like best? BambooHR puts everything you need at your fingertips. The UI is very easy to navigate and locate what you need, whether it's a request for PTO or the company calendar or a benefits overview PDF. The calendar shows everyone's PTO, birthdays (if employees agree to share), work anniversaries, and company holidays. Visibility is fantastic! Bamboo is a comprehensive HR management site

What do you like best? Its personalized with pictures and information about employees. For a large company this is a nice tool to have What do you dislike? At times I feel like its too large to navigate and to locate topics easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love bucketlist. Work environments can become a negative place at times. Bucketlist adds positivity and allows employees to provide accolades.
