What do you like best? Using this tool as a hiring management software is great. I also like how simple it appears. What do you dislike? The email communication piece is a little confusing at first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring employees for new positions. Also use it to communicate with employees.

HR tool that excels in time off requests of all types, but struggles with UI clarity in some areas.

What do you like best? I love the ease of taking time off with this tool. Our company has a handful of different types of PTO and Bamboo HR makes it super easy to request it off and view other's time off statuses as well. What do you dislike? It is super easy to use for our employees, all employee data is in one place, performance reviews are simple and not overwhelming for employees and managers, it is a great tool for onboarding new hires and as a reference for company information all the time. What do you like best? The system is fresh in appearance and easy to use. It is fairly intuitive which is great for employees, managers, and admin alike. What do you dislike? The time clock system leaves a lot to be desired. It is not easy to add a clock-in for an employee if they miss it. There is no weekly total, they lump the whole pay period together. What do you like best? Easy to use, very simple setup and structure. Easy to configure, add and remove permissions What do you dislike? Not really built for teams who are not Monday to Friday business hour focused. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Startup, not HR team 3yrs ago. Easy to Use HR Tool!

What do you like best? I love that it is simple. When you login there is a nice and neat user interface where you don’t feel overwhelmed. What do you dislike? It’s difficult to find documents that you have signed before - like your W-2. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company is able to easily track and display who is on vacation on a given day, it’s a convenient little feature!
