What do you like best about BambooHR? It's very easy and intuitive to use. The managers could provide a lot of things, like bonus, salary, increase salaries, vacation policy, holidays, important documents to sign, calendars, time off, etc.

"App that holds all data in regards to employee.. Amazing. You can track anniversary, birthday, etc."
What do you like best about BambooHR? You can mark onboarding tasks, policies, leave applications and it is also easier for the staff to get their info on it or anyone in the org. everything on your fingertips. you can fill in data for new joiners, the welcome message template is amazing as well.

Excellent product and service – we’d be lost without it
PROS: BambooHR is super easy to use - forget consultants and long implementation plans, we were up and running in hours. Configuration is really easy and the support is great. We went from spreadsheets to a fully online HR system with self service and an online employee directory. Everyone uses BambooHR hourly.

"A perfect product just in time for a busy hiring season"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Ease of use for both the admin (me) and the employees. I especially like the hiring app and the ability to get documents signed during the onboarding process electronically.

"Great system but don't do self set up!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Its a very clear and easy to use system, allowing full visibility and good reporting. The interface is much more intuitive that our previous system and it allows us to use it almost as an intranet.

BambooHR saves me so much time and paperwork and allows me to onboard much quicker, more seamlessly and in a more professional manner than any of my other competitors. My employees feel like they are a part of a team even though we have different locations.
