What do you like best? I respect the periodic updates for performance appraisal and the willingness from both the staff member and his colleagues to receive feedback. The method enables me to select everybody to anonymously review another peer to offer both encouragement and areas to improve. What do you like best? I like the layout, the aesthetics, and the fact that you can put a picture beside the employee's name! Since most of our employee's are in the field and we don't see them for weeks at a time, this feature is very helpful. I also appreciate the reporting feature. Using Bamboo has been excellent for our company.

What do you like best? This is an easy way to submit time off requests and to see when others are off. It is always EXTREMELY helpful in its ability to keep you up to date on anniversaries of work and birthdays. I have found that people in general like to recognized and special days like these but sometimes the date is not always public. What do you dislike? Clean and Intuitive Interface and a lot of good integration options

What do you like best? The ability to integrate other systems such as payroll, Microsoft office and other planning tools with Bamboo makes it very easy to pull any necessary personal information, especially planned PTO to other systems for informational or planning purposes. What do you like best? It is easy to run reports and collect questions for our onboarding employees, so we have some fun information about them to share with the company! It also has the ability to set reminders for onboarding employees, so we make sure to send out emails and invites at the appropriate time.
