Great HR Product
PROS: What I like most about Bamboo is that it has now given me a centralized location for all my HR information/tasks. I wear several hats in my position and "HR Director" is only one of them. Bamboo has given me a format to streamline hiring, on-boarding, vacation tracking and benefits tracking.

"BambooHR ROCKS"
What do you like best about BambooHR? It is super easy to use for our employees, all employee data is in one place, performance reviews are simple and not overwhelming for employees and managers, it is a great tool for onboarding new hires and as a reference for company information all the time.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The amount of documentation and request that can be done through Bamboo is amazing; you can vacation; disciplinary processes, organizational changes, documentation.

What do you like best about BambooHR? User-friendly interface, it allows us to track data for all our employees, including the management, it always has something new for us and the support team helps us a lot with new updates. Simply happy with BambooHR.

Hello Sanity!
PROS: I like the usability of Bamboo, and the simple design that makes ESS so simple for our employees. I also LOVE the simplicity of the app. there's an app for everything these days, and so often they are not useful. Our employees are always using their phones, and the ability for them to check their vacation balances at home or on-the-go is amazing.

"The User Experience"
What do you like best about BambooHR? The system is very easy to use. From the administrator's perspective, the setup of the account and modules was straightforward. The templates are excellent. The reporting tool allows me to create reports that slice and dice the data for the rest of our team. From the employee user experience, the platform is simple, easy to read, and navigate. They love the ability to change an address or see PTO at a glance.

"HR up to date"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Being able to access BambooHR from anywhere is a true blessing. I love that our employees are keeping their personal information up to date and letting me know if something is incorrect.
