What do you like best? BambooHR has changed our HR headaches to HR productivity, organization, and has improved internal communication. We love the announcement features and the Hiring features. Leave management & employee discussions/appraisal tracking system
What do you like best? Shows an organisation wide calendar with details about which employees are on leave on a particular date, thereby making it easy to apply for leaves without asking your colleagues if they have plans around the same time. Appraisal discussions and goals are tracked using this. What do you dislike? While applying leaves, the system does not detect a user's location and country automatically. Very simple and user-friendly.
What do you like best? What I really like about Bamboo HR is that is so simple to use and keeps everything so organized. Whether you have admin access, or you're an employee, it's very easy to navigate and see what you're looking for. My favorite part I would say is the way reports are so easy to build and export. Nice alternative HR tool
What do you like best? Easy to manage direct reports' PTO requests. Birthday reminders, holidays are in one place. Overview of paperwork submitted at the time of hiring. Incudes a hiring management tool, but my company doesn't utilize it. What do you dislike? Employees' PTO history is tricky to find. What problems are you solving with the product? Easy to Use HR
What do you like best? BambooHR is easy to use and visually appealing. Login to the home page and see the latest announcements, birthdays and celebrations, who's out, and company links (ex. employee handbook). Easy to request time off using the link at the top of the page. Easy to post announcements including our monthly newsletter. What do you like best? How love how easy it is to move around in BambooHR. What do you dislike? There is nothing bad that I can say about BambooHR Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend better than any other HRIS systems when I did my research. Great solution for a nonprofit with almost 20 employees
What do you like best? I love the fact BambooHR is an affordable HR solution for only having 18 staff. It has simplified so much for this HR department of one, I probably can't list them all. Keeping employee files and new hires are so much simpler. What do you like best? The system is fresh in appearance and easy to use. It is fairly intuitive which is great for employees, managers, and admin alike. What do you dislike? The time clock system leaves a lot to be desired. It is not easy to add a clock-in for an employee if they miss it. There is no weekly total, they lump the whole pay period together. BambooHR is phenomenal!
What do you like best? Super user friendly! They've thought of virtually everything and if they haven't, they'll always accept feedback/suggestions. Personally customized reports are very easy to create and use. Importing data was a cinch but gathering the data on my part, not as easy. Everyone I've worked with is beyond kind and so personable.
