What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is very easy to use. One of my favorite features is the celebrations column, which helps me keep up with people's birthdays, work anniversaries, and even those who are out of office. I also love that it can keep track of all of my info on one platform, and I know that it helps our HR department out to see all of that in one place. What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that it's easy to find people in your organization, check out their profiles, and get to know them. On top of that, it's effortless to file for personal time out and check your remaining leave credits.

What do you like best about BambooHR? My favorite features of this product are the workforce analysis and financial portion for paychecks and taxes. Besides that, BambooHR offers a whole spectrum of data management tools fit for every business.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The ease of clocking in and out via their app. They make it very easy and seamless to use their mobile app experience, which really sets them apart from the other HR companies out there.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like how easy it is to schedule time off and how clearly you can see what public holidays are coming up. I also like the employee directory feature, because as a company grows, it's hard to keep track of who is on which team.

Growing businesses should consider using the platform.
PROS: I like all of its modern functionality and enhancements made on their older HR. Our company is close to being paperless. Everything is done through reviews, onboarding, esignatures,and others. All that through BambooHR! It's an amazing platform!

"Implementing Bamboo HR was a pivotal point in our companies history"
What do you like best about BambooHR? The user interface is well thought out and intuitive to use. The sales process was very efficient and by this I mean the sales rep listened to our challenges/needs and tailored the initial sales call to focus on those things that were of the highest value to us. The sales rep was also incredibly knowledgeable about the features and limitations of the product, but also very clearly understood the business side of HR processes and compliance.
