What do you like best about BambooHR? The interface is very welcoming and easy to use. Requesting time off and seeing which coworkers have time off is very simple. It's also nice to see fun tidbits such as when it's your teammate's birthday or work anniversary, for instance.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that it's quite intuitive and easy to use. It does not have a learning curve when figuring it out. You'll also know who is out on a particular day and what the celebration is.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that you can personalize it to match your business.. like a blank canvas, you start building. There are so many opportunities to integrate it with other business systems as well.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It's easy to search yourself and your colleagues in terms of who is who in the company and reviewing org charts, especially as a recruiter to be able to communicate this to candidates as to who is on the team.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR helps me, as an HR Manager, to manage the team on all levels (leaves, tracking, etc.), announce company related matters to the team as well, such as when someone joins the team, or when we have an employment anniversary and birthdays of course. Also, it helps me have a global view about the history of the team members, their growth on the individual and financial level, and have all the related records there.

What do you like best about BambooHR? During set-up we were able to customise the fields to match our internal processes. The new joiner pack that is sent out to new joiners to fill in all of their new joiner paperwork with a welcome message is fantastic; it makes onboarding so simple along with the induction tasks that can be assigned to different managers and ticked off when done. Managing the induction process is simple, fun and engaging with Bamboo HR.
