"Great HRIS Software"

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is easy to use and offers tons of great features. They are easy to work with and willing to help you build out as needed as much as is available. Integrations with payroll, benefits, and training are also available. The performance module and timekeeping add-ons are good. They also offer a ton of training on the system and leadership training as well.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR has been amazing! I love that I can view all my employee's data at a click of a button, even my employees who are outside the US. Bamboo is very easy to navigate and has a great help section if you ever need to look something up.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The tool help to create a single lifecycle for an employee weather you are hiring, onboarding, making comparative team and individual analysis. It helps provide insight on some of your important assets and ensure advanced analytics of all employees. The user interface is very flexible and can be modified as per user’s requirement.

The new joiner package that is given out to new recruits to complete out all of their fresh joiner documentation with a greeting letter is excellent; it makes launching so easy, as are the initiation activities that can be allocated to multiple supervisors and crossed off when completed. What do you like best about BambooHR? We have posted all of our rules and manuals to BambooHR such that our workers know wherever to locate them. Employees may keep track of and maintain their personal professional development data, which add to their continuing education and accreditations. Managers can access the relevant data for their presentations. All of this is controlled through a single, smooth, secure, and user-friendly interface!

What do you like best about BambooHR? So far, the best feature is the app you can download on your phone; it is entirely functional, just like the website. You can clock in and out (and it geotags, so no cheating), request days off, see paystubs, etc.
