What do you like best about BambooHR? Implementing Payroll through Bamboo (Trax) made accessibility so much easier for our staff. Customer service, though you won't need them often, is second to none.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like everything about Bamboo. From the initial launch to the current day, the support from everyone at Bamboo has been excellent. From calling in or using the chat feature within the platform, the response is timely and support has been sincere.

Breath of Fresh Air!
PROS: I love the easy, intuitive, modern interface! We moved from a very clunky, outdated system and the ability to figure things out on my own because the tool is so well made makes a huge difference! Employees and managers also love the simple PTO tool and are able to manage approvals, changes, and future calculation easily from the web or the mobile app (very cool!). What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that it saves me a ton of time, allows the employees to be self sufficient and I am no longer drowning in spreadsheets.

"User friendly platform"
What do you like best about BambooHR? By far the most user-friendly HR platform I used. It also has a modern look and employees find it easy to navigate. But above all I value customer service, and BambooHR excels at that. Their responses to my questions are always very prompt - they never disappoint. Since implementation and forward, we have encountered nothing but politeness and genuine interest in helping us.

"BEST HRIS!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that BambooHR is very user-friendly for all levels. It has streamlined our vacation request policy, and I cannot imagine not having this software. Some of the competitors don't offer mobile apps for their employees. This was a very important feature for us.
