What do you like best about BambooHR? The simplicity of usage is the most significant positive factor for me. It was very easy to add all of the employees, current and previous, into the Bamboo System.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The best thing about BambooHR is its beneficial customer service. Whether I send in a request by email or give them a call, I receive the help I need very quickly, and usually, the first person I talk to has the answers I need. I am continually impressed by the quality of employees BambooHR has; everyone I have spoken to has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

As the system admin, I have received excellent service from the customer support team - they have always been very friendly and helpful. What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo has a modern look and feel. It is easy to use and make updates from both an end-user and administrator perspective. We've been able to add custom tables for storing specific information for our industry. The built in eNPS score is helpful as an organization to see how we are trending and gain feedback on where to make improvements.
