What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is so easy to navigate and use for admins and employees alike. The ease of customization and reporting features make Bamboo stand out, as do the onboarding and offboarding workflows.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is easy to use and offers tons of great features. They are easy to work with and willing to help you build out as needed as much as is available. Integrations with payroll, benefits, and training are also available. The performance module and timekeeping add-ons are good. They also offer a ton of training on the system and leadership training as well.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I initially wanted the software for tracking time off. It's fantastic for that - allows employees to request time off on the mobile app, you get alerts for who is out for the day, and you can view a time off calendar for the whole month. Beyond that, BambooHR is perfect for keeping employee records organized, no need for paper files, and data is available at a quick glance. You can run reports quickly for just about anything you would need to know. ...

What do you like best about BambooHR? The tool help to create a single lifecycle for an employee weather you are hiring, onboarding, making comparative team and individual analysis. It helps provide insight on some of your important assets and ensure advanced analytics of all employees. The user interface is very flexible and can be modified as per user’s requirement.
