"Great System for Mental Health Private Practice"
What do you like best about BambooHR? It is a wonderful system to onboard new staff. You can set up who is supposed to sign off. Before, we used to send attached documents in an email. We were able to transform our documents within Bamboo into signed electronic documents.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It is an easy software to use. The customer service is great. Anytime I have a question, there is a FAQ section but also you can chat or email them to get an answer.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that it is easy to work with, and if you need help, you can quickly chat with their support heroes. I also love that the system has the capabilities for APIs and customizations.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like being able to customize the platform for my organization. I also like the customer service that Bamboo HR provides from implementation through use. They still treat us as good as new clients.

The ATS is robust, making it easy to post jobs on ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and Indeed; to communicate with applicants; to collaborate internally with the hiring team; to track applicant data and status; and to run reports. What do you like best about BambooHR? It is very intuitive to use and any confusion is typically cleared by learning modules or live chat. Plus, they are constantly updating features and coming out with new things that show they are committed to serving their users.
