"An excellent bug/task tracker that gets you going on day 1"

What do you like best about Backlog? The interface is intuitive and easy to pick up and use. We opened our account, and within the first day, had our internal testing person start using it to log bugs for our products. We love the flexibility for project settings in adding categories and statuses, and being able to tag people on updates so everyone is notified. What do you dislike about Backlog? What do you like best about Backlog? It's really helpful for my technical development team. It has different issue types and priority levels which give my team clear instruction to follow up. Also once the assignee receives notification, then we could understand what's the status and issue outcome in very short time.
