What do you like best about Backlog? Ability to create tasks, enter issues, etc. What do you dislike about Backlog? The free version is rather limiting. I guess that's why they want peeps to upgrade. Recommendations to others considering Backlog: Backlog is a good, free option for small projects and I would highly recommend. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Essentially bug and issue tracking. The benefits are that those items are being tracked online.

What do you like best about Backlog? Has a good plugin integration for Slack which makes it easy to get notifications What do you dislike about Backlog? Lacks some workflow steps which have to be added manually by the company What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving UX issues in our website. What do you like best about Backlog? I like that there is no fluff. There is just enough user interface to include all the pertinent details on an issue. Nothing more, nothing less. What do you dislike about Backlog? Biggest issue I've found so far is adjusting the alert preferences to the granularity needed for each team member. What do you like best about Backlog? I like the simplicity in Backlog to filter between tasks via the "category" dropdown, it allows me to know immediately what I need to work on that day.
