Backlog Reviews in May 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

I would love to have more functionality added but Backlog is efficient and user-friendly.

PROS: I love that I can locate tasks more quickly and that projects are partitioned. I also love that it has categories and that I can delegate tasks according to expertise. I can also have an overview of the task by design. Estimated time and actual time functionality is also a big plus for me. CONS: I just have a problem finding my weekly progress such as the number of tasks, tasks that are still in progress and completed tasks.

What do you like best about Backlog? I like here that each project is separated and I can find tasks faster. I like the ability to have categories and divide tasks by special profession or see all tasks for design for example, and also I like the estimated hours and actual hours feature. Easy to configure

PROS: I love the Advanced Search function and I love that the app is easy to configure too. I can quickly adjust the status and the people who are assigned to the ticket. I just recently knew about the Gantt chart and it's great. One of the many nice functions is also the Notification which helps me stay on top of any project. A very good application to empower everybody

PROS: This application is a very strong platform that empowers everybody in an organization. It's cost-effective and aids the work of the team. It's also straightforward but comprehensive and it has everything you need to systematize your job. CONS: I can't think of any downside right now. It's been very helpful and you can choose to have a free trial first before you actually purchase it.

What do you like best about Backlog? All the changes are stacked in comments and there is simple options to manage things. Also, the email response system. Daily updates regarding tasks is also a good thing. What do you dislike about Backlog? Not dislike but I think UX can be more modern and intuitive.
