"Fast and Easy"

What do you like best? Very easy to set up for a small shop. API is also really usable. Inexpensive at the lower levels. What do you dislike? Starts to get expensive as you need more users. The UI can be just a little confusing at first. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're a small shop than Backlog is worth a look. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a small shop we often communicate with clients by email. This rapidly ...

What do you like best about Backlog? Backlog is easy to use and you can be up and running fast. What do you dislike about Backlog? Workflow does not exist. You can't have someone enter fields enter fields only in certain states. You can't force states to progress in order. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes can the sorting can feel a little messy, but I don't think that is Backlog's fault Recommendations to others considering Backlog: It's on the more useful end of bug tracking software and it beats doing it internally. "Great product for the value"

What do you like best? As a small organization, cost was a major factor in our choice to use backlog. There are more feature-rich solutions out there, but those solutions cost 5 to 10 times more. With that said, the simplicity of backlog has it's advantages, including that it's easy to transition people who aren't familiar with product management software because there aren't loads of options and the software doesn't require extensive training. It's also generally easy to navigate, and ...

"Backlog Streamlines Our Task Management"

What do you like best about Backlog? The platform is easy to use and the email notifications keep everyone in the loop. What do you dislike about Backlog? I wish there was more reporting/analytics, which will be necessary as our company scales. Seeing time-to-complete, which components are affected the most, who closes the most tickets are all important as we scale up. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Backlog for managing tasks across different ...

Perfect software for issue monitoring and administration

PROS: For me, this program is really useful in handling people's tasks. It also informs us which part has issues, actual time and approximate time the error happened, and who should be delegated to this task. The tasks' status can also be changed and sort out according to the column's header. I really love the user interface, it's compact that I can see all that I needed to see on one screen. Also, we can save any error file to the repository and that is handy for developers. CONS: I can ...
