What do you like best? I love the way tasks are managed. It's a cool and simple tool to work on. What do you dislike? I can't figure out a way to create EPIC in here. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The end-to-end project management. It's a no nonsense tool.

"Good tool to manage task in a working team"
What do you like best about Backlog? To keep trace of task to be performed from our R&D team and get the feedback about the status. Good the email notification when somebody change the item. Root issue is a good thing to gather issue from the same project/Customer What do you dislike about Backlog? some fixed box that is not fully customizable to your needs What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?
