"Customer Service Non Existent"
What do you like best about Avalara? Honestly, the sales member did a great job of acting like he knew what was going on with the product he was selling. The employees who attempted to help us with our setup were nice enough; they were just not equipped to do the job. They were young, poorly trained, and came to every meeting unprepared. It was as if it wasn't their job to help answer basic questions.

"Decent Sales Tax Solution"
What do you like best about Avalara? The thing I like most about Avalara is the fact that it takes a lot of the guesswork out of our business when it comes to sales tax/compliance, etc. We don't have to constantly manually update rates within our system as it integrates with Avalara. It gives us suggestions on where to register based on our sales within states and makes tax a little less painful of a process.

"Worst log in system ever."
What do you like best about Avalara? There is nothing I like about this product. The customer service was great, but whoever designed this website completely failed to integrate a functioning login system.

What do you like best about Avalara? I like that if you have a question about anything related to sales tax you will find an answer on Avalara and their helpful tools within a matter of seconds to a couple of minutes
