What do you like best about Avalara? The tax engine works well and returns fast, consistent results. There are many plugin integrations already prebuilt for most ERP systems.

What do you like best about Avalara? I like the inter connectivity that we have with our ERP Epicor Eclipse. The processing side is very useful. We like the automatic filing and payment of our tax returns. We also like the predictive and self serivce for creating new filings

"The worst customer service experience I've had in my entire life"
What do you like best about Avalara? There are no upsides. Literally none. I'll echo what other reviews have said in that their sales team does a great job at selling a service that, quite frankly, does not exist.

"A Manageable Solution for a Real Headache"
What do you like best about Avalara? Deep and Extensive product that supports a vast spectrum of industries and business types. Avalara's tax categories are fine-grained and detailed - making the tedious task of properly assigning your products and services into appropriate tax profiles -- a bit more manageable.
