What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? Rentals are automically collected and tenants are timely notified that their rent is due. This takes the pressure off of the property manager to keep notifying tenants when their =rents are due or late and the rents are automatically deposited into the relevant bank account.

Site has promise but clunky and hard to use.

I have 34 rental units. Most are hip apartments in renovated historic structures. I have started using Avail as most of my residents do not have check books and want to pay the rent electronically. Unfortunately the site is clunky and feels like it is a work in progress. Nothing like using Amazon. I recently struggled tor two days to update my tax information. Waste of Time

First of all, I originally tried to set up my account with a Google number since I'm overseas more than I'm stateside. The system wouldn't let me do it. I called customer support, and they didn't help at all. They just told me that I needed a cell phone number or a landline to open an account; otherwise, I'm out of luck. Beware, very poor business practices

Beware - if you are a new user, the way this site works is they initially post your listing on their site but they immediately label your listing as fraudulent in big red letters. At that point they have no clue and no proof the listing in fraudulent at all and have not yet given any time to go through the verification process. I signed up for Avail and installed 10 properties that I own, And I just finished listing the first property, and the listing was approved, a few hours later received another email saying it’s fraudulent. What kind of scam is this so called company running, I have removed all 10 listing from this company website and will not be using the software. They charged 15.00 to my tenant because her bank account number was missing a digit. I asked them to please refund her money and they denied my request. My advice, look elsewhere. There are many other options that are much better. Zillow, etc...

My experience with Avail has been great!

My experience with Avail has been wonderful. As a first time landlord, this website has been extremely helpful. For an exceptionally reasonable $5 per month, I have been able to find renters, process their applications and the necessary documentation for applications (credit reports, background checks and criminal history), create a personalized lease and follow up with rent collection and maintenance requests. Plenty of websites ask for my routing…

Plenty of websites ask for my routing number and check number to pay by bank. Websites I trust like mortgage payments. Avail ACTUALLY ASKED FOR MY BANK LOGIN AND PASSWORD. NO FRICKIN' WAY!!! My option, pay by credit card which levees a huge 3.5% fee. Tack that onto to your rent! That's $35 for every $1000 paid!!! This app sucks, don't put this horrible app onto your tenants.
