Avail Allows You To Post Your Rental Listings!
PROS: The Fact that You can have Your Rental Listings Posted on to their website for the Whole World To See and they offer Good Exposure as well! CONS: I was already listed with Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads which are One Big Happy Company, but now since my listing is with Avail it Now says on the Zillow website that My Current Listings Are Now Declined because they are going through the Avail Website! HORRIBLE for landlords
HORRIBLE for landlordsThey allow your tenants to scam you, but they won't help you. Too many options for the tenants to play games with you. Tenants can schedule rent with a credit card, it will take 15 days for the actual money to reach your account and after that tenants can cancel their rent payments and take their money back. Avail doesn't allow landlords to report to tenants to credit reporting agencies. Tenants can skip payments. Tenants can skip late payment fees. Landlord won't get ...

"Tenant using Avail - love it! "
What do you like best? I have been a tenant on the Avail site for 1.5 years and it has made the renting process seamless. I have my renter profile online with my reports (credit score) along with my digital lease and online rent payments. I have setup autopay so I never have to worry about rent or it being late. Everything is made easy for me! I used to slide checks under the door for my landlord - finally a better solution to old problems!
