What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? I'm very impressed with the lease generator. It will cover just about any unique situation, in any state, and is highly customizable. I also enjoy the in platform tenant messenger. Very easy to use

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? I love how easy Avail makes all the details of owning real estate and renting out properties. Avail helps with drawing up leases and keeping track of everything. My tenants love how professional it is and how it is much safer to transfer money.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? Avail's customer service is top notch! If we have a question about some thing, they are quick to get back to us. I love that it saves our rental listings. Whenever we have a vacancy, all I have to do is modify a couple pieces of information and I'm able to get the listing live in less than two minutes. The education platform on the website is also very helpful.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? I love that it does everything in a logical way for managing our rental. Advertising and accepting applications, running applicants through a background check, selection of tenants, creating and sending and signing the lease all digitally. And especially love the setting up payments through Avail it's all encompassing and creates greater security for us as the owner and the tenants since we look so professional thanks to Avail.

You can manage multiple properties and leases with ease. They send your tenant a notification when rent is due soon, and they notify you when you receieve rent.

By May, finally got it straightened out. The service is now set up and is working as a way to pay rent. My original review gave 2 stars because getting setup was so awful, and the lack of technical support was equally awful. So now I have added a star. With a little bit of good website design, this could be fixed. I would recommend to Avail to do a little user testing of the website and have a word with the designers. I am currently trying to find a place

I am currently trying to find a place. I applied to a few places that use avail. Come to find out all of them are scams. One went as far as giving me a date to meet up to exchange keys and funds. ($3200). I realized this quickly and looked up the property. I found out it was purchased on 3/31 and got in contact with the realtor who was with the purchaser. Turns out the location is occupied by the new owner.

This Company is just another scam barely able to operate...

This App looks awesome and simple on the frontend but as soon as you start using it, you see every flaw the development team put out there. Their PLAID API setup is not properly setup, and it's clear they didn't read the documentation to put it in. The Development team is so bad it's likely offshores like a 3rd party software company. Do Not Trust this website

Would give no stars if possible. This website has no landlord accountability. Assume the landlord is a scam unless you have verbally talked with him/her. I tried reaching out to Customer Service after being invited to apply then totally ghosted. Customer service was difficult, unwilling to attempt to contact the landlord, and refused to refund my money. 6 weeks later, the landlord suggested I apply for a different apartment. I would not utilize this “service” again.

Truly confused by some of the negative…

Truly confused by some of the negative reviews because I've had nothing but a great experience. Everything is handled online. They generate the lease agreements. The lease is signed on-line. Rent is paid online. When I did have an issue (user error) I called and they immediately fixed the problem I caused.
