Ease at Collecting All Monthly Rents

I have used Avail.co to collect my rent from different tenants for two years. It's always predictable and timely. Avail notifies them a week in advance of when it's due, confirms when it's scheduled and paid. When I make mistakes or have questions, the online staff responds quickly. I pay a fixed $7 each month for any total payments, including deposits, and unlike venmo/paypal etc there is no percentage charged. This site is a huge Scam, The listing agent has taken all of our personal information, and is now using us a listing agents, I am telling you this, Because no one should have to be used this way, The website has taken over 600.00 Dollars from our accounts and as senior citizens, we are now in a timeline to have to move, with less money, This website should be held responsible for this, I am contacting local authorities and signing complaints, Please Protect yourself and accounts,

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? I *really* like the ease of the background checks, and the facilitated communications between Landlord and Tenants. I can easily contact tenants individually or as a group. They also have to deal with only ONE site to upload docs, make payments, report problems, and contact me.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? Avail started off as a startup. I have been a long time user watching their product grow and using it for years. When they were acquired by Realtor.com - I saw additional capital invested into their product and I see continued enhancements. I am happy with their competitive pricing and strong set of features.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? Avail makes reviewing tenants much easier. I love that they run a credit report for me to review and that multiple applicants can be linked to the same application. Automatically sending previous landlord requests is helpful too

Safe Secure Smooth

As a landlord, this platform is very easy to use, safe and secure. Ive been using it for 2 years with 2 different tenants and have not had a bad experience. Every transaction has gone smoothly.

Last 4 of Social Security Number and your DOB is REQUIRED

You need to let everyone know up front that you MUST provide your birth date and the last of your social security number even if AVAIL.COM doesn't provide financial service. What a waste of time!!!
