Customer service is extremely difficult to reach and the representatives have a bad attitude. When I called during regularly scheduled business hours I received a message that the entire company was in a team meeting and would not be answering calls. What kind of rinky-dink operation does not answer calls during business hours? Your customers time is valuable, act like it. Great property management software

As a landlord, I’ve had a pretty good experience using avail.co. The platform has made managing my rental properties easier and more efficient. The user-friendly interface allows me to easily track rent payments, communicate with tenants, and handle leases digitally. They offer a lot of functionality that some of the bigger brands charge an arm and a leg for. I highly recommend avail.co to any landlord looking to streamline their rental management process.

There is no way to archive or download property records to end admin fees

There is no way to archive or download a property's records (rent payments, leases, etc) in order to stop being charged the monthly admin fees! The only way, according to the support rep, is to delete the property from the app & lose all records! Or pay Avail their monthly fees to keep the unit active. What rent collection software company would ever set up software without including a way to download the data for that property before deleting it? I should have just signed up to free ...

I registered on this site as a landlord. And had my tenant sign up. Then I get a message from this company that they cancelled my account with no explanation given as to why. I’ve asked multiple times why you all closed my account and no one will tell me.

When calling to make adjustments on payment date they say to call back later date..you should always be available during regular work hours. That's so not right..do something

I was able to use the avail system to not only see future tenants make sure a background check was done however also to get the first and last months rent paid in the deposit it only take one to three business days and I am definitely satisfied with the software.

What do you like best about Avail, by Realtor.com? As a landlord with 14 doors that I manage, after 6 months of use, I have found Avail to be very useful for my needs, and quite affordable. The best thing about it, however, is the availability of a LIVE HUMAN BEING to answer questions over the phone, as unique situations frequently come up. Customer service is friendly and very knowledgeable, every time I have called.
