Falls Short. Would Not Recommend.
While the premise is good, and some of the parts of the process are well built Avail.co falls apart on customer service and clarity. They are bumbling and full of mistakes. Not worth the time and effort. Would not recommend based on my experiences.

This website is a joke
This website is a joke, just like any other website that I have used for my properties. I have several properties with them, and at first they were like we’re the one and only Holy Grill website. They will deposit my rent money the next day if I pay $9 for each unit. Of course I did that and my money was deposited a week after each month. The best part is there customer support. 3 days I tried to call them and no one answer. I sent them an email requesting a call back, their answer is you ...
