Basic functions ok. Could use some enhancements.
For the most part the basic functions work. Rent, maintenance requests, late fees etc. However, from a management standpoint, there are things that I could use that isn't a feature. I cannot add other administrators or accountant is a big one. Also, no mobile app for easy access remotely.

The portal is an excellent tool for promoting properties and generating leads. I received numerous inquiries and found the customer service to be very helpful and quick to respond. I strongly suggest utilizing this platform for conducting real estate business.
