What features should we prioritize in ascentis?
we're in the process of evaluating ascentis, but with so many features, i'm genuinely confused about what we should prioritize for our HR needs.

It really depends on your organization's specific HR needs. If you need help with performance management, prioritize the Performance Appraisal and 360 Degree Feedback features. If payroll management is critical, focus on those tools. Assess what challenges you currently face to identify what's most necessary.
