What do you like best about Asana? The templates make remote work easier for our team. Everyone knows what to do and when. What do you dislike about Asana? It's easy to accidentally delete your work and hard to retrieve deleted projects. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? Our remote team can communicate much more effectively using asana projects and templates. We have also used asana to integrate slack workflows so we don't lose any tasks.

Great tool for keeping communication focused on projects and tasks

I've used Trello and Basecamp in the past, but Asana feels like the best fit for me. I like the flexibility of the My Tasks view, which you can set up as a list or board with your own section headers. It integrates with Filestage too, which is great, so I can auto-assign content review tasks with due dates, instead of chasing reviewers manually.
