Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

"Organization at it's finest!"
What do you like best about Asana? Asana has helped keep my tasks in line- due dates, subtasks, and additional comments for items have been key in staying organzied. What do you dislike about Asana? I would like enhanced search functionality. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? Items do not fall through the cracks as easily when utilizing Asana.

"One of the best software for work management."
What do you like best about Asana? This is one of the best Project/task management software. It is very user friendly and anyone can use to it in few days. You can easily create projects , add task in it, and assign to any team member who is going to taking care of the project or tast. In any task you can add the tags as well which will help to go through all task with same tag divided to any team member. For example you have 20 projects , in 20 projects there is task of web development ...

"Very Good"
What do you like best about Asana? I like the drag and drop functionality and customizable board view. What do you dislike about Asana? I'd like the in-progress, waiting, not started color-coding to be more visible on the board. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing client tasks is very simple in Asana. Makes it so I know what my priorities are for each week.

"Asana is extremely user friendly and keeps your projects super organized, and all in one place!"
What do you like best about Asana? How there are a ton of fields to use, and everything is color-coordinated to help differentiate everything and keep it all organized. What do you dislike about Asana? No serious dislikes at the moment, but it would be great to be able to have sub-tasks show up on the portfolio (to easier track all projects) Recommendations to others considering Asana: Use it! "Asana for Agile Marketing"
What do you like best about Asana? Asana was instrumental in helping our global marketing team transition to Agile. It has helped us track and visualize our sprints and provided us with visibility to what other teams are working on. We evaluated several other work management platforms but Asana was the clear winner due to its ease of use and attractive UI. What do you dislike about Asana? There's nothing that I dislike about Asana but there are some features that I'd like added. For ...

"Work made easy!!"
What do you like best about Asana? It's tough to pinpoint just one thing. The UI and the ease of project set up. Automatic workflows and forms are great too. Although, it's really the fun features that do it for me. The cat dog trick is everything - I also love the little celebrations as I'm smashing through my work day. What do you dislike about Asana? Every platform has it's areas of improvement; with this we knew it would be an issue but something we knew we could work with which is the ...

"Best projecttool to manage your workflows"
What do you like best about Asana? Asana is an intuitive tool that doesn't require any extensive training to be used. Making projects, tasks and subtasks and assigning these to project member is the simplest thing to do. This way you can create easy project or task lists with all the status updates you need. And it's highly customizable for ones needs so Asana doesn't dictate what you need, but you can create what is needed for your own situation. When standard procedures are annoying for ...

Free version is great for solo freelancers
As a solo freelancer, Asana's free version has been awesome! I can do 95% of what I want with the free version and in 3+ years of use have never had any complaints. Intuitive to use. Easy (and free) to bring on my clients to interact with the project. I've even started using it for managing personal projects and long term life goals. Highly recommended if you need a free project management solution!

"Asana keeps our world going round"
What do you like best about Asana? 1,000' view of our business, backlog and timeline commitments to our clients. We tried previous programs, but they were not user-friendly nor gave us the data we needed. Being able to link (1) project to multiple projects sheets has helped my team run their departments. What do you dislike about Asana? SUBTASKS are the hardest thing to manage. It's been a sore spot for our company and I had to change the way we operate our project sheets. Many times they ...

"I finally feel organized"
What do you like best about Asana? Clean user interface, very easy to pick up and learn. Works great for project managers and deliverable-creators alike. I integrate Clockwork and Everhour. A million times better than Basecamp. What do you dislike about Asana? Not super conducive with kanban. The need to task things out to individuals still puts you into a waterfall-like structure. Would also like to have subtasks automatically assigned to boards. What problems is Asana solving and how is ...
