Works great for national teams

What do you like best? Asana is an intuitive platform that is easy for individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels to use. I like that it has an online and offline function. What do you dislike? I feel like I still use the more basic functions, getting to advanced use is difficult. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration, working across teams and distance, task lists and management.

Best tool for Small Businesses to work collaboratively on projects

What do you like best? Asana is an awesome planning, collaboration, and task management tool. I use it personally and professionally for both big and small projects. I love that I can quickly create a list, organize it, and add team members quickly and easily. It is easy to restructure tasks because we all know plans change. The ability to comment, call out people, and add files makes this a super robust tool for teams. The fact that it is super powerful on the free plan is a big benefit ...

Good collaboration tool for a small group of colleagues

What do you like best? Asana allows us to see all the projects that each member of our group is working on and their expected completion dates. The ability to list all tasks related to each project, create a timeline for the completion of each task, and the ultimate outcomes was extremely useful in keeping everyone on task and informed What do you dislike? it was a little difficult to navigate each member's list of projects and tasks, and you need to have all notifications turned on to ...

Excellent Project Management

What do you like best? Asana allows me to track my progress along multiple projects at once. There are multiple views depending on how you need to see your workload. And the ability to share your projects with other people/teams is very helpful. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface can feel a little bit clunky. And adding subtasks its a bit of a strange process, but overall I don't have many complaints. Recommendations to others considering the product Grow with Asana, it ...

Robust and Easy to Use

What do you like best? How robust the platform is. It offers multiple different views to suit different work styles and can be set up many different ways - which makes it work for everyone. Integrations are easy and work well and they have many key ones that add a lot of value. UX has been thoughtfully considered and for the most part, the platform is intuitive and fun to use. What do you dislike? The pricing levels while logical don't really add all that much value. We wanted to have ...

Excellent Software for a 30,000 Foot View!

What do you like best? I love being able to know what my team members are working on. Asana has the fantastic ability to have subtasks with subtasks with subtasks. I can be as detailed as I want, or I can keep it simple. I love the ability to easily mark tasks as complete, change due dates, color coordinate tasks, schedule items... it's just fantastic. What do you dislike? I think the only thing I've found to dislike is also something I like - it's very easy to accidentally delete ...

Not as efficient as I'd like

What do you like best? It was a central hub for my team to make commitments and update their progress What do you dislike? It was not as efficient as I needed it to be. It seemed easier to hold weekly meetings to get status updates vs. going to Asana. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are committed to digitizing project management and are okay with learning how to do something through a dashboard vs. writing it down, then this is for you. Would likely have ...
